Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and must not have been used. The item should be returned with its original packaging and any accessories included with the order.

Return Shipping

For returns due to a change of mind or personal preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

If the item you received is damaged, defective, incorrect, or does not match the product you ordered, please contact us before returning it. In these cases, we will work with you to provide an appropriate solution.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or declined.

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for us to process an approved refund. Once processed, your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where the return is due to an error on our part, a defective product, or where otherwise required by applicable law.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

Please provide your order number and photographs showing the issue so that we can evaluate it and provide an appropriate solution.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different product or variant, please contact us at mantaparacolorear@gmail.com. We may ask you to return the original item and place a new order, subject to availability.

Sale Items

Sale and promotional items are eligible for our 30-day return policy, unless a specific promotion clearly states otherwise before purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards and personalized or custom-made products are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise require a remedy under applicable law.

Returns After 30 Days

Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery are not eligible for a refund under our voluntary return policy, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
